Summer Jam 2026

The third annual Summer Jam is a day of live music in downtown Hayward on Second Street between Main Street and Dakota Avenue. The lineup features Blu Kanu, Paul Tweed Band, Foreign Object and 2nd Time Around.

In celebration of the 250th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence, the American Legion Post 218 Color Guard is taking the stage at 2 p.m. for the National Anthem.

Food and beverages are available to purchase from the Hayward Lions Club. The event also includes face painting, balloons, chalk art and temporary tattoos.
