Perfect Duluth Day

Junior League of Duluth Membership Class

The Junior League of Duluth is an organization of great women who have been positively impacting the Twin Ports community for over 90 years.  The Junior League of Duluth women helped start the Human Development Center, the Polinsky Rehabilitation Center, North Country Ride, First Witness, and Safe Haven.  Members worked as docents at Glensheen and the Tweed Museum of Art as well as staffed the CARE office at City Hall.  Other programs designed to target elementary age children in the region have included: Seeds for Peace, Good Touch-Bad Touch and Kids in the Kitchen.

Now is the time for you to make an impact in the Twin Ports community!  A few hours a month spent with a diverse group of women really can and does make a difference.

The Fall Membership classes will be held before the Junior League of Duluth General Membership meetings in September, October and November.  We would like interested members to sign up for the new member courses by Sept. 17 (3 days before the General membership Meeting); you can do this by contacting Jennifer Webb directly: newmember@juniorleagueduluth.org or by going to www.volunteermatters.com/duluth.
