The new Trampled by Turtles album Alpenglow is scheduled for release Oct. 28. The album’s producer, Jeff Tweedy wrote the song “A Lifetime to Find,” which he recorded with his band Wilco for the album Cruel Country.
The video features a series of Polaroid photos of the band and everyone involved during the recording of Alpenglow at Wilco’s Chicago studio, the Loft.
Sidenote: Trampled by Turtles is helping to raise money for Minnesota’s Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness by partnering with Sportsmen for the Boundary Waters in a silent charity auction that runs until 6 p.m. on Oct. 10. Items include rare memorabilia, outdoor gear, experiences, signed posters, and even the band’s stage owl.
