The caption on the back reads:

Duluth, Minnesota
Drill’s Arena Marina, public marina located east of the Duluth Arena-Auditorium is shown in the foreground, with a section of downtown Duluth and the new Radisson Duluth Hotel in the background. Duluth is the Convention Center of the Northwest.

Edwin G. Drill was the operator of the marina. He was born in 1910 in Shoreville, Wis., and died in Duluth in 1992.
