Perfect Duluth Day

Electronic Fiasco

I was knocked without socks by the Homegrown Fiasco. At the Teatro, Big Science opened the event.

Music and noise, sewn together into something meditative, contemplative, beautiful. The band announced it was donating its fee to Planned Parenthood. Meditative, contemplative, beautiful, and political.

Then, Remote Viewfinder. A bit more musical and a bit more goth, I think, as a band, with emotional intensity as well as rhythm. This is the music that had me swaying and moving in my comfy seat.

I can’t find video, but their Soundcloud will give you a taste.
