Miller Hill Mall will be the location of Duluth’s second Chilly Billy’s Frozen Yogurt shop. It will open in the mall’s food court in March.
Chilly Billy’s will feature six frozen yogurt flavors, two soft serve ice cream flavors, hand dipped ice cream, gelato and a variety of toppings at the toppings bar. There will be gluten-free and non-dairy options.
Duluth’s first Chilly Billy’s opened at 1010 Woodland Ave. in 2014. It was the city’s first frozen yogurt bar and the first business in the Shops at Bluestone retail complex near the University of Minnesota Duluth.
