Community Action Duluth Mobile Market
Community Action Duluth offers ongoing mobile markets to address food insecurity in Duluth. The refrigerated truck is stationed at Morgan Park's Good Fellowship Club on the first Wednesday of each month, stocked with fresh produce and staples such as grains, dairy, canned goods and other items. All food items at the market are for sale. Customers making purchases with their EBT cards receive produce items at a 50 percent discount. There are free produce items for individuals under age 18…

Ghosts, Ghouls and Grandkids
Spooky senior citizens and ghoulish grandkids will partake in a variety of crafts and games during this event coordinated by Duluth Parks and Recreation. A costume contest will take place at 2:45 p.m. Prizes will be awarded to the best grandparent-grandchild combos and the best standalone kids’ costume.

Lake Superior Zoo with Duluth Parks and Recreation
People ages 55 and up can visit the Lake Superior Zoo for a private guided tour and a special behind-the-scenes program. Learn how the Association of Zoos and Aquariums are helping with ring-tailed lemur conservation and meet a zookeeper to watch the lemur troop feed. Intro to Archery
Duluth Parks and Recreation offers this class for learning or practicing archery. Participants will learn the basic safety, technique and process for shooting archery and get a chance to test their skills in archery games and challenges. This is an introductory class for families and community members. Participants should wear closed-toe shoes. All equipment is provided. No personal archery equipment is allowed.
