Engwall Flowers and Island Lake Inn team up to present this do-it-yourself terrarium garden event. The $45 fee includes one beverage from Island Lake Inn, two terrarium containers, a choice of succulents and terrarium plants, rock and moss finishes, miniature decorations and all other supplies. Island Lake Inn's Halloween Costume Party features free Jell-O shots all day for adults who come in costume. Kids in costume get candy. There will be live music by Northside Ramblers from 9 p.m. to midnight. Costume contest judging is at 10 p.m.; must be present to win. Winners will receive Island Lake Inn gift cards -- $75 for first place, $50 for second place and $25 for third place.
