Meet and greet artist Susanna Gaunt who analyzes the human condition through a philosophical and scientific lens. Inspired by historic European curiosity cabinets, natural history museums and personal specimen collections, she creates works that encourage curiosity and reflection. This exhibit, (Re)Collect, asks the viewer about their personal collecting habits and through this lens, draws connections to our community's Historical Society Collection, one of the largest history collections in the state.

Susanna Gaunt's artworks, which are focused on the process of natural history collecting, are integrated amongst the museums' historical artifacts. Viewers are encouraged to interact with the pieces by opening drawers, flipping over seeds and even participating in the evolution of "I Collect." The show is on view through May, Wednesday through Friday 10 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.
