An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Work on flexibility and core strength every Wednesday at 6 p.m. All abilities are welcome to join in. The class is taught by a certified YMCA yoga instructor. Cost: $5 per session -- you may purchase a punch card with 10 punches for $40. If a class is canceled, it will be posted on Facebook (gndcommunity.com) or Twitter under GND REC.
