During this class, students learn about foraging and identifying wild mushrooms. Discussions will cover some basic information about mushrooms, steps for identifying mushrooms, steps for foraging mushrooms, common edible mushrooms, common toxic mushrooms, recommended resources and more.
*This class takes place in a classroom but you will leave with the skills and knowledge to find and identify mushrooms in the wild.
