Garden Talks: What is Wrong with My Plant and What Can I Do to Fix It?

Thu, Mar 11, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm | $10 | Online Event

Event Navigation

Robert-Jan Quené, Ph.D., leads this presentation on Zoom, sharing his knowledge of how to diagnose issues with plants — like plant diseases, plant pests and nutritional problems — and he will go over how to treat those issues.

Quené works as the administrator for Superior Public Museums, but has a degree in plant breeding. He is originally from the Netherlands and has worked as a plant breeder for Orchids Limited in the Twin Cities for 16 years, where he ran the lab, propagated orchids and developed more than 200 new varieties of orchids. Quené is an avid gardener, and has been gardening since he was 6 years old.

The cost of Garden Talks is $10 per talk or $50 for six. To register visit superiorpublicmuseums.org/tours, mail in registration, or call 715-394-5712. A valid email address is required with registration. Once registered, participants will receive a Zoom link and password by email.
