Water Kefir Soda Making

Learn to make water kefir, a customizable fermented beverage. Students don’t need to bring anything to this class. They will go home with a recipe, kefir grains and a jar to contain it all and mix with water and sugar at home.

Various one-hour workshop times are available throughout the week.
