Water Kefir Soda Making Workshop
Kombucha is tasty and has health benefits, but so does dairy free water kefir soda. This probiotic-rich food can help support a healthy gut, immune system and overall health. In one hour, participants will learn how easy, inexpensive and simple it is to make water kefir, a delicious and endlessly customizable fermented beverage. We will be focusing on at least two flavors for this class, but participants will take home a recipe with lots of room for ideas for this healthiest root beer ever to be brewed.
Participants don’t need to bring anything to this class as folks will be sent home with all that’s needed: a recipe, kefir grains and a jar to contain it all. Water and some sort of sugar at home to keep the kefir happy.
