Virtual Yin Yoga with Nicole

Infuse the day with peace, quiet and TLC for the body. Nicole will guide participants through seated and reclining yin poses, which are held for 3-5 minutes to release tension from body and mind. Youth under 18 should not practice yin due to growing and changing bodies. All levels welcome with signup through the Evolve website or through the Mindbody app.
Drop-in price is $8
