The Duluth Preservation Alliance hosts another virtual Historic Properties Tour, turning its focus on commercial and public buildings that have, or are about to have, a repurposed life.
Five properties will be featured:
Old City Hall
Old County Jail
Board of Trade Building
Bell Building
The Armory
Historic tax credits have been crucial for many of these projects. Each property will feature a guided video tour, photos and a 360 photo tour. There will be a $20 suggested donation to tour these properties.
