The Vegan Cookbook Club meets the first Thursday of every month to share recipes in the Blue Room of the Mount Royal branch of the Duluth Public Library.
Members bring one or more vegan cookbooks from the collection of the Duluth Public Library and one or more recipes. Members also share their questions and discoveries about plant-based cooking and baking.
