The Vegan Cookbook Club meets on the first Thursday of each month in the Mount Royal Branch Library Blue Room to share recipes and meet new friends.
Attendees can bring one or more vegan cookbooks from the collection of the Duluth Public Library and one or more recipes from the books they have tried or would like to try, ideally bringing a few copies of the recipe to share.
