Sara Halpern, a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of History at Ohio State University, will present “The Shanghai Ghetto: Will Anyone Help Us, Too?: The International Humanitarian Response to Jewish Refugees in Shanghai, 1938-1958.”
The talk begins at 7 p.m. in Montague 70 on the University of Minnesota Duluth campus.
