The Doobie Brother’s approach to rock and roll has made the band biker-bar stalwarts. Still, their debut album in 1971 revealed sweet three-part harmonies and rootsy, introspective, acoustic flavors.
The band has sold more than 48 million records worldwide and tallied five Top 10 singles and 16 Top 40 hits. The Doobie Brother’s 50th Anniversary Tour features Pat Simmons, Tom Johnston, Michael McDonald and John McFee.
