The Art and Life of John L. Peyton

As a young man, John L. Peyton canoed and snowshoed through the forests between Lake Superior and Hudson Bay. After college, he returned to depict, in drawings, paintings and words, the landscapes, wildlife and people of the area. Peyton’s grandson-in-law, Doug Cameron, and his wife, Kris, have maintained Peyton’s private collection. Cameron will discuss his insight into Peyton’s life and art.
