T’ai Chi Chih Intro at Enger Park

Students will join certified instructor Laura Star in Enger Park’s pavilion overlooking the harbor to learn T’ai Chi Chih (tie chee cha), a flowing, moving meditation practiced around the world. T’ai Chi Chih does not require a level of fitness or coordination. No sign-up required. Donations accepted.
