Classes incorporate breath with movement to strengthen, energize, enliven, stretch, flow, unwind, de-stress and rest. Tuesdays with Kyle Leia. Thursdays with Alice Torvinen. Free parking at Playfront lot. Walk towards the Bayfront arch and take an immediate left to enter the field closest to the Aquarium. Drop in or pre-register.
