Janice honors the Vernal Equinox with a SomaYoga practice and guided meditation. The practice is meant to help with “transitioning from the prolonged cold to the upcoming hot season requires us to shake off stagnation and motivate.”
Tickets are $15 for students and $12 for seniors and military vets.
