Songwriter Series: Alan Sparhawk

Every Monday a popular singer/songwriter from Minnesota or beyond is featured for a free intimate acoustic performance at Papa Charlie’s.

This week’s performer is Alan Sparhawk. Sparhawk is best known for his work in his minimalist-pop band Low, his punk blues band the Black-Eyed Snakes and rock trio Retribution Gospel Choir. His repertoire can range from reverb-driven ambient guitar work to dirty blues to soft pop.
