The School of the Minnesota Ballet welcomes children, teens, and adults to its free Saturday Sampler trial classes. No dance clothes needed, though students should arrive in comfortable clothing. A chance for potential students to try a class and new students to be evaluated for placement in the most appropriate level.
Full schedule of classes:
10:00 – 10:30 Creative Movement (age 3–5)
10:30 – 11:00 Pre-Ballet (age 6–7)
11:00 – 11:30 Ballet Technique (age 8–10)
11:30 – 12:00 Ballet Technique (age 11–adult)
12:00 – 12:30 Beginning Tap (age 10+)
12:30 – 1:00 Jazz (age 12–adult)
