Ruck Life Duluth 2025
Event Navigation

Ruck Life is the journey that celebrates national heroes and helps build healthier, happier lives for veterans living with trauma. Ruckers have been the primary source of funding that help hundreds of veterans and their families in the region.
Carrying food and clothing donations for locals in need represents the weight that service members carry, and raising money to help veterans living with trauma is the mission.
This is a family-friendly event, and leashed dogs are welcome to participate. The cost is $79 for adults, $35 for students, and children ages 5 and under, as well as volunteers, can join for free. Registration is available at 23rdveteran.org.
Check-in begins at 10:30 a.m. at Mont du Lac Resort, with the hike starting at noon. The course is a 2-mile loop, and participants can complete up to five loops, totaling 10 miles. Ruckers are encouraged to pack their rucksacks or backpacks with toiletries, non-perishable food, clothing, and supplies to donate. These donations will be collected at the end of the course and will benefit the Disabled American Veterans of Carlton County Chapter 18.
