Join Suzanne Driessen, University of Minnesota Extension food safety educator, to learn the whys and hows of preserving food safely. Learn the safest and most current ways to preserve foods by canning, freezing and drying and where to find credible research-based food preservation information and tested recipes to preserve safe and wholesome food.
