Northland 5K and Kid Run for Food Allergy 2025

The Northland 5K for Food Allergy is back for its third year with a new starting location. The 3.1-mile out-and-back, chip-timed run/walk begins and ends at Endion Station in Canal Park. There will be awards for the top male and female finishers and prize drawings for all registered 5K participants.
The event again includes a Kids’ Fun Run for anyone 12 and under immediately following the 5K. Expected start time is between 9 and 9:30 a.m.
Allergy-conscious food/beverages will be available after the event. Additionally, there will be lawn games, kids activities, allergy-aware business/product info and samples to take home, as well as representation from Duluth firefighters and emergency medical technicians.
