June 27, 2017, marks the 40th anniversary of the killings at Glensheen. During this event, the foremost experts on the crimes, trials and suspect Marjorie Congdon Caldwell will gather to discuss the events and their aftermath. Former Duluth police detective and St. Louis County sheriff Gary Waller revisits the investigation he led, retired St. Louis County prosecutor and district court judge John DeSanto discusses the successes and failures of the murder trials that followed and former Duluth News Tribune reporter and current Minnesota assistant state attorney general Gail Feichtinger traces the life of Marjorie Congdon Caldwell. Food provided by the Boat Club Restaurant. Beer and wine available.
