A MNsure-certified navigator is available on the top floor of the Duluth Public Library every Thursday from noon to 6 p.m. to provide free assistance with MNsure questions and applications. No appointment is necessary. For enrollment, bring information about household income, Social Security numbers for every person applying and any information about health insurance offered through work.
