Law Day 5K 2023

The Legal Aid Service of Northeastern Minnesota works to improve access to justice in northeastern Minnesota. This family-friendly Law Day 5K run/walk support the work of the LASNEM team.

The 5K will begin and end at the Duluth East High School parking lot. The 5K course follows the Lakewalk and returns to Duluth East for post-race gathering, refreshments and tours of LASNEM’s Justice Bus. Starting time is 9 a.m.

There are prizes for first, second and third place finishers as well as for the “best dressed.”

Registration for adults and youth includes a Law Day 5K T-shirt and medal. Visit raceentry.com to register. Children 11 years old and under can participate for free but do not receive the complimentary T-shirt. T-shirts are also available for purchase.

LASNEM provides free civil legal services to thousands of low-income people who cannot otherwise afford it and serves the 11 counties of Aitkin, Carlton, Cass, Cook, Crow Wing, Itasca, Kanabec, Koochiching, Lake, Pine and St. Louis in legal matters that affect people’s security, safety, stability and basic needs.
