Award-winning author Karen Babine presents her new book Allure of Elsewhere: A Memoir of Going Solo, which covers the time in her mid-thirties when she went on a journey from her home in Minnesota to Nova Scotia to explore the place where her French-Canadian ancestors settled in North America some four centuries ago.
