All events for Introductory Yoga

Simple mindful yoga movement classes are being held at Pilgrim Lutheran Church on Dec. 5, 12 and 19 from noon to 1 p.m. and from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. Props will be provided but attendees can bring their own.
