Introduction to Foraging – Lester Park

In this beginner-friendly foraging class students learn the foundational skills needed to safely identify common edible plants and mushrooms in their local environment. Through hands-on exploration, students discover how to observe key features, use field guides and understand seasonal clues.

Students are asked to bring a basket or bag, a water bottle, sun protection, tick protection, sturdy shoes and to dress for the weather.
