Introduction to Acrylic Landscape Painting

Students learn to create an acrylic landscape painting from an image of their choosing. An instructor leads students through the process in a very deliberate way, explaining the purpose of each layer from start to finish. Each student will get to bring home an extra canvas panel to paint at home.
The course is three hours with time to pre-coat, sketch from a grid, paint broad strokes and fine details, finish the canvas with an acrylic varnish and add hanging hardware.
