The Hoghead Street Dance outside the Powerhouse Bar features live music by Silver Streak and Northwoods Band. Inside the bar is more live music by Black Dog Howling from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Proctor’s Hoghead Festival is the city’s tribute to its railroad industry. It runs Aug. 16-21.
