Proctor’s 44th annual Hoghead Festival, the city’s tribute to its railroad industry, runs Aug. 12-17. Wednesday’s event is the car show at Fifth Street and Third Avenue.
Powerhouse Bar will have live music outside by 4 Blue Teardrop from 4:30 to 8 p.m. and inside by Crescent Moon from 8 p.m. to midnight.
