Ecstatic Dance Duluth is a free-form dance party. A 80-90 minute eclectic playlist starts slow, revs up to high energy, then cools back down. The event is family-friendly and designed for sober dancers of all ages and abilities looking for exercise, fun, or a spiritual / meditative experience.
