The University of Wisconsin Superior theater program presents Crimes of the Heart in the Experimental Theatre located in the Holden Fine and Applied Arts Center. The performances, directed by Liz Larson, take place on April 21, 22, 28 and 29 at 7:30 p.m. and April 23 and 30 at 2 p.m.
Written by Beth Henley, Crimes of the Heart tells the story of sisters Babe, Meg and Lenny reuniting in their small Mississippi hometown. Through a comedic view, the sisters’ dysfunctional upbringing brings about old resentments as each is forced to deal with past decisions.
Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and non-UW-Superior students, $2 for students with a valid UW-Superior I.D. and $5 for children under 18 and groups of 10 or more.
