Children’s Meditation Course
A four-week course that introduces children to the art of meditation. Seated meditation, walking meditation and a progressive relaxation technique will be taught over the four classes. These courses are taught in a way that respects the spiritual or religious views students hold.
Parents are welcome (but not required) to stay at Inner Bliss for the duration of the children’s class. Course taught by Arjan Singh Lighthawk. Bring a cushion (a folded blanket or pillow will work) and a light blanket.
