Charlotte’s Web tells the story of Wilbur the pig, who is headed to the butcher, and only the spider Charlotte can save his life.

The show is directed by Tom Isbell and based on the story by E.B. White. The production runs Feb 1-3 and 8-10 at 6:30 p.m., and Feb. 3, 4 and 10 at 2 p.m. The matinee performances feature a pre-show crafts presentation by the UMD Department of Art & Design, assisted by Alison Aune’s Art Education class. Kids of all ages are welcome to create a special artistic project in the Marshall Performing Arts Center lobby from 1 to 1:30 p.m.

Tickets are $21 for adults, $16 for senior citizens and UMD staff, $10 for non-UMD students and $8 for UMD students. Seating is reserved.
