The Catalyst Content Festival runs Sept. 28 to Oct. 1 in Duluth at various locations. It’s the festival’s fourth year in Duluth and technically the 17th iteration of what was formerly known as the International Television Festival.
The event is an industry marketplace for independently produced episodic programming. The goal is to lower the barriers between creators, audiences, the industry, and Minnesota so each group can benefit.
The event is part of the 10-day, three-event North Star Story Summit, which also includes the Duluth Superior Film Festival and Minnesota WebFest.
