SUMMARY:Apple Picking for our Northland Neighbors
DESCRIPTION:Erickson Orchard in Bayfield\, WI\, has generously offered to donate all the apples picked by volunteers to Second Harvest Northland. Volunteers can enjoy time outside with family and friends while serving their community. Picked apples will be distributed throughout Second Harvest’s NE Minnesota and NW Wisconsin service area. Sign up is not required–just head to the orchard during open hours (Monday-Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.\, Sunday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.) for this fun volunteer opportunity. \nVolunteer Requirements:\n-Physically able to stand\, lift and carry\n-Provide own transportation to/from\n-Bring gloves and wear comfy clothing\n-Portable step stool (optional) \nQuestions?
