Chamber Skills Series: Professional Fluency

The Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce‘s Skills Series provides workplace education through a series of “how-to” programs held on select Wednesday afternoons. In this edition, Kelli Hallsten Erickson of Lake Superior College talks about the importance of acquiring and demonstrating professional skills specific to one’s workplaces, factors that employees come to work with that enhance or distract from professionalism, and methods for teaching aspects of professionalism.
