Lincoln Park Farmers Market Growing Season Kickoff Party
The Lincoln Park Farmers Market kicks off the spring growing season. The event includes live music, venderes and a seed swap. Hosts encourage guests to bring their dancing shoes and extra seeds. Market vendors sell items such as produce, eggs, meat, canned goods, baked goods, gluten free and vegan items, crafts, health products, and garden and bedding plants. Mix Cosmetiques hosts a make and take mineral eyeshadow class. Multiple times are available to sign up for a one hour class available Jun 19 to Jun 22. Participants will make their own eyeshadow and experiment with over 100 colors to blend. Lake Superior Sustainable Farming Association's 30th annual Harvest Festival is a family-centered event featuring a huge farmers market showcasing the region's agricultural bounty.
