Duluth Fourth Fest 2022 (Rescheduled)
Duluth's Independence Day celebration, rescheduled to July 8 due to poor weather on July 4, features live music throughout the day and fireworks from 10:10 to about 10:30 p.m. Gates open at 4:30 p.m.; music starts at 5. The Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra is bringing back Bridge Sessions for the summer of 2022. The special set of concerts combines DSSO musicians with local artists and bands. Each group will be performing pieces on their own and they will combine to augment music of the weekly artist. The first group in the series is Danny Frank & the Smoky Gold. Food trucks will be on site. Drinks will be available for purchase at a cash bar.

The North 103.3 FM's Highway 61 Revisited is a one-hour radio program dedicated to Bob Dylan’s music, airing weekly on Saturdays and Mondays at 5 p.m. Host Miriam Hanson presents Dylan’s music, including live and studio performances as well as different versions of his songs performed by other artists. The program was launched by John Bushey, who hosted it for 25 years. He died in February 2018 after a long battle with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
