The area's only Halloween-themed parade starts at 14th St. and Ogden Ave. in Superior's North End and proceeds north down Ogden Avenue to Broadway St., ending near the Salvation Army on Hughitt and Broadway. Grandma's Marathon and the Young Athletes Foundation host the third-annual North End Nightmare, a Halloween-themed 3.1-mile race in Superior. Costumes are encouraged for this Halloween-themed race, with plenty of haunted attractions and scary surprises along the race course. Trick or treaters are welcome to knock on the doors of Glensheen Mansion by walking down from the West Gate on London Road, adjacent to the cemetery. Mansion-sized candy bars will be doled out.
