The Commemorative Air Force and Bong Airport third-annual open house includes World War II-era aircraft, classic cars, opportunities to take a flight, learn about aviation and history, or dance to the Blue Water Big Band. The Nice Girls of the North arts and crafts marketplace is full of beautiful unique work with a wide variety of beautiful handmade items for the perfect pick-me-up including jewelry, soaps and lotions, cards, home decor, hand dyed yarn and clothing, candles, baked goods, jams and so much more. The marketplace happens the second Saturday of every month.

The Clover Valley Farm Trail is a co-operative group of locally-owned, small farms located in or near Clover Valley, a farming community between Duluth and Two Harbors. The farms offer a variety of produce, baked goods, crafts and other items sold from self-serve farm stands. Visitors can simply follow the map and posted directional signs to find each farm. Participants in this workshop learn the process of brewing kombucha, from ingredient selection, brewing, fermenting, bottling and flavoring. This is a hands-on class to learn the process and a taste test of the final product will happen.
