Puppa's Pals is one of Duluth's newest nonprofits. It exists to provide temporary housing for the pets of people experiencing crises like hospital stays, chemical dependency treatment, jail, domestic violence, or any other situation where they have to give up care of their beloved pet temporarily. Guests explore a spookily-decorated Aquarium, trick-or-treat among the exhibits, and show off their creative costumes.
